Aston Villa could be set to sell Jack Grealish as they look to avoid Financial Fair Play sanctions, according to the Mail Online.
The news comes just a day after it was reported that John Terry will leave the club and while that will save them £6m, further action is needed as they look to block a £45m black hole.
Everton, Leicester City and West Ham United have all been linked with Grealish, who last season passed one hundred professional appearances for the Midlands club.
In total, the twenty-two-year-old has played one hundred and nine times in all competitions for Villa, scoring nine times while he had a successful loan spell with Notts County early on in his career.
He was named Aston Villa’s Player of the Season for the 2014/15 campaign – the season before they were relegated to the Championship.
Internationally, he has been capped seven times for England’s U21s having represented the Republic of Ireland at U17, U18 and U21 level.
